Will my bottles arrive broken?
We know glass makes people nervous about shipping — it makes us a little nervous too! That's why every order is packed by hand with extra padding and reinforced boxing built specifically to keep bottles secure in transit. In the rare case something does arrive damaged, reach out and we'll make it right.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. We pack and ship regularly, with additional shipping days added when order volume calls for it, so your order is never sitting around longer than it needs to.
What's in your pepper sauce?
Real, farm-grown ingredients — no artificial colors, no shortcuts. Our peppers and produce are grown using sustainable methods with no chemical pesticides or fertilizers, and every recipe is rooted in Guyanese tradition passed down through our family.

How should I store my pepper sauce, and how long does it last?
Glass keeps our sauce free of the chemicals that can leach from plastic over time, and it's endlessly reusable and recyclable — a small choice that fits how we farm: with care for what lasts.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes — we ship to all U.S. states.
Store in a cool, dry place before opening, and refrigerate after opening for best freshness. Unopened, it holds for 18 months from the production date.
